Recruitment Process

Central Capital Service Pvt. Ltd.

On receipt of manpower recruitment demand documents from the employer/recruitment company in Europe, we approach the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Nepal for government permission. The Labor Ministry may contact the employer/recruitment company directly to verify the authenticity of the documents.

1Interview Process

  • Advertising: Demands advertised in national daily newspapers.
  • Pre-Screening: Candidates pre-screened by recruitment agencies.
  • Interview: Conducted via Skype or telephone by employer representative.

2Medical Check-Up

  • All selected candidates undergo medical fitness check-up at authorized centers.

3Biometric and Police Clearance

  • Biometric Enrollment: All candidates provide fingerprints and photographs at designated centers.
  • Police Clearance: Selected candidates must submit a police clearance certificate verifying no criminal record.

4Visa Process

  • Orientation: 12-hour class for medically fit candidates.
  • Visa Endorsement: Stamping in passport or paper visa provided.

5Final Approval

  • Department of Foreign Affairs provides final approval before deployment.

6Preparation for Deployment

  • Candidates prepared for departure after final approval.

7Orientation

  • Workers briefed on jobs, safety, and destination country culture.

8Final Mobilization

  • Workers dispatched within seven to fifteen days of receiving visas.

Document Requirements

  • Demand Letter: Specifies demand details, salary, and other terms.
  • Power of Attorney: Authorizes Central Capital Service Pvt. Ltd. to represent your company.
  • Guarantee Letter: Ensures employment of workers as per the original demand letter.
  • Employment Agreement: Defines the agreement between the employer and Central Capital Service Pvt. Ltd.
